No indication of any serious issues with my vehicle until it was delivered to me after three years. I paid for the premier service, expecting that the company would pay extra attention to my vehicle and let me know what would need to be done / if anything broke down during the time in their care. While it appeared that perhaps some of the issues did pre-date the storage, they were not identified prior to contracting with Adkos and follow-on interactions with customer service upon receipt of vehicle did not sync up with the customer expectations for paying for 'premium' service.

ADKOS is truly committed to customers. Unlike other transport brokers that I used, ADKOS kept me informed every step of the way of my car transport. They even contacted the carrier's driver to get his ETA for my car's delivery when the driver wouldn't answer my call.
