No customer service! No answer on phone call, no response on email either!

Actually, the worts jewelry brand created. Customer service is terrible they gave me the wrong tracking number and it has been over a month and yet to receive anything. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Seriously the worst brand I have bought from...

Do NOT waste your money or even time with this store/brand/website - they don't even deserve to operate as a business. I ordered a necklace back in early November. Not only did I receive an incorrect tracking link, the customer service's only communicate back to your replies days at a time. When they finally provided a sufficient update to my order as it went 'missing' the customer service rep said it was because I 'did not purchase shipping protection' - there was no shipping protection made available nor to purchase during my order? Do not be fooled by their design or digital influencers they use to promote their products - it's a con.

I have had similar experience as others who have written poor reviews. I received a pair of hoop earring and the one was defective. Despite reaching out to customer service on multiple occasions I am stuck with unworn, earrings that I will have to eat the cost on. Do not order from them: poor quality, poor customer service.

If your receive a faulty item, customer service will not help. You will not receive a refund, despite a) sending photos and a video showing that the item received won’t clasp on b) sending the item back, unworn, in the original packaging.

I also would love to give 0 stars. Ordered a necklace for my daughter who is residing in the UK. Ordered it in mid October.. still not received. They said I need to claim from UPS, UPS said it is the supplier's issue. Please do not order from this company... I wish I read the reviews before ordering... My sense is the good reviews that you see here are all bogus. Avoid at all costs...UPDATE: The necklace finally arrived.. we had to pay an extra 30 pounds for custom. It looks nice but average quality. Probably could find better quality for the price.

I want to give 0 stars also!! I am very very unhappy with my purchase (personalised choker) it does not look anything like the pictures/video on the website!!! Customer service is shocking I have not had a reply from them! Do not buy from this company! My necklace looks cheap and chavy not dainty and subtle as on the website!!! So unhappy!!!

I bought a gold and diamond necklace for over £800 from thsi company. The customer service has been terrible and rude. My order was delayed d I then had to pay 230£ import duties when it arrived into the UK. This was not made clear when I purchased. I wouldn’t recommend you even buy a pinky ring from this awful company.
