Wish I read these reviews before I spent $500 on jewelry from Adinas. In all fairness, I did base my purchase off a friend’s experience but still. I ordered a customized 14KT gold necklace and when I received it a month later (I understand it takes longer for customized pieces), it arrived with 2 fresh scratches on the nameplate. In disappointment, I emailed requesting a return with the pictures to show the scratches. I returned it the same day I received it which was when I should’ve asked for a complete refund noting their poor quality. I received the new nameplate a month later, mind you no one ever notified me on whether it was going to be fixed or made new which really helps a customer understand the timeframe it’ll take to expect the product back (poor communication). When I finally received my new nameplate after a month & some change, I tried putting it on and it snapped. At this point I’m furious because this was once again confirmation of Adina’s poor quality. I was offered a reimbursement for getting it repaired which I guess is better than nothing however spending $500+ on something that’s supposed to be of higher quality and more durable, it’s extremely disappointing and infuriating. It only took about a week for it to snap again in a different spot. My whole point of this is to say, do not waste a dime on this website; you’re better off going to forever 21.

Never received my item and very bad customer service! I had paid more than £200 and I couldn’t get any money back. Customer service is not helpful , they don’t give any directions to solve the problem, they didn’t reply me and they told me that they do not take responsibility for losing the item.

I received my parcel after 3 months, I had to pay extra $ 100 for customs, they don't answer you for more than 2-3 weeks because they know they are wrong

I did an order from Adina’s jewels on the 18/08/2020 received my order confirmation details the following day including my address. After 1 month still didn t receive anything. Today 22/02/21 still haven t received my order, and have given up to be honest. I did enquire about a refund in the past, but was told to wait another 5 days. They sent me an email today out of the blue to say that my order was sent back to their warehouse and that my home address may be invalid, and to put a valid address in my following order. Like for real? Do they actually think I am going to continue shopping after the poor customer service I received?? Wow.. I have refrained from leaving a review until now, but their email today seems like they are taking the mickey. Also I went and checked my order details and my address is correct. It feels like they are trying to cover up their mistakes by saying its my fault. Also no mention of a refund, and no apology at all. I don t want anyone else having to waste their time and money on them, you are better off ordering from well known brands that truly care about their customers than Adina.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I got a ring as a gift and paid a ton for next day shipping. They waited 3 days to actually send it so it was obviously late. I wanted to exchange for a bigger size anyways but they never responded. I reached out through email, Instagram DM and comments plus the BBB for over a month. When they finally responded they refused to make any amends!!! THEY LIED and said the purchase was not eligible for a return (this does not match up with their policy on the website, I had a returnable item) and LIED about shipping it on time (tracking info clearly shows when label was created and shipped out). Not only did they refuse to make the return but they lied about shipping it late instead of apologizing and refunding me, which is what any other company’s customer service would do. Now I’m stuck with a ring that doesn’t even fit and a hole in my pocket because they kept the money. I dug further into their Instagram and saw that all the comments are paid for/from fake followers (they don’t even follow Adina’s account). It’s only a matter of time before they get shut down or sued.

Just received my personalized necklace after waiting 2 months, it has arrived and it is rusty and tarnished. Do not waste your money on this company, I wish I’d of read reviews before buying from them. Disgusting.

Do not bother ordering from here - I ordered a personalised necklace and it took 7 weeks to arrive after an advertised delivery time of 14-20 working days. When it finally did show up, the metal was tarnished and looks so cheap! Definitely ‘made in China’ - I wouldn’t even expect quality this bad from Primark. Feels as though it will snap so easily. Ordered in the sale so only paid £80 instead of £150 - if I’d paid full price I’d be even more devastated. Such a shame as I only bought from the website as I saw a couple of UK influencers wear the necklace I ordered.

Got Adina's personalized necklace for my birthday and after only 4monts it loss colour completely!Gold vermeil which you paying price for should last lifetime not 4months after paying almost 180$ for necklace. Of course warranty applies 60days!Ridiculous! Rip off, as bad as it gets! Never AGAIN!
