I gave them one star but would be happy to upgrade... if I ever receive my purchase! I placed the order on December 3rd and have not received any update. I have no idea if it has shipped or when (if!) I can expect delivery. I have sent two messages asking for the status but have not gotten any response. Very disappointing. I could have purchased similar merchandise through Amazon and would probably have it wrapped and under my tree by now!

I have emailed them MULTIPLE times about my purchase and all I’m getting is an automated response. It’s been 2 WEEKS that I’ve been waiting for my purchase and I haven’t even gotten an email that it’s been shipped. Can’t get anyone to respond to me. This is my first experience with Adika and let’s just say NEVER AGAIN will I order from this company.

I ordered quite a few things during their Black Friday sale because it was advertised to me through instragram. I got no confirmation email about my order and randomly got a text from DHL, the company they ship with, that my package was on its way. It said it was suppose to be here on the 10th but for some reason when I try to change that they can deliver it without having to take a signature, it doesn’t change.. I’ve also been home all day the past few days and haven’t had any one knock on the door. I also got a weird refund to my paypal for like $8 and some odd cents even though nothing I order was that specific amount. Sooo I’m guessing a few things I ordered they no longer had? I wouldn’t know since I haven’t got any emails from the company OR my package yet. I wouldn’t order anything through them, it’s been a headache and I really hope I didn’t waste $40 to not even get my stuff.

I bought 2 items in the black Friday sale. I receive no confirmation email. My money was pending in my bank account and now the order has just been cancelled with no warning and if I were to re order this would cost me and extra £40. Awful customer service really gutted

I was skeptical about whether the store is legit or a scam. Turns out it's not a scam and the clothes are exactly like what's on their website! The delivery was fast as well even though it's from the other side of the world! I recommended the store to my friend so we could get friendship necklaces and his order got stuck in another country! The delivery service they use isn't that reliable cause his package was stuck in another country, but they manage to resolve the problem! It's rare to come across a store on Instagram that would guarantee good customer service and good quality clothing, 5 STARS
