So, after seeing them constantly advertised on Instagram I decided to buy a couple of things. I only live about an hour away from the warehouse, but both of my orders went missing for a while, over two weeks at least. I reached out to Adika and they gave me a refund while stating they hoped it would eventually arrive. I finally ended up getting my stuff and I couldn't believe how cheap everything was. The jewlery is NOTHING how it looks in the photos on the website and instagram, it legit feels like something from party city. You can just tell it looks incredibly cheap and fake by looking at it. The sweatpants I bought also feel super cheap as well and rough on the inside. Everything they have is insanely overpriced for the quality of the products, so I would highly reccomed avoiding, or at least waiting until they have a huge sale.

4 stars bc my stuff came quickly, and the jacket is a very nice material I bought the Inglewood jean jacket and i love it but i sized up (i’m usually a small) and got a medium instead, glad i did because the medium fits just like a small which was a bummer because i wanted an oversized jacket but whatever. I got it on sale for 14 bucks and now it’s back up to 40 so i’m glad i got it when i did. But yeah. size up for sure.

Awful customer service. I ordered clothes for my daughter for Christmas. I wanted to ensure on time delivery. I ordered them November 17th. They got here a few days before Christmas. The day after Christmas I sent an email ( thatnisnhiwnyou need to request a return) never heard back for over a few weeks. Then they tell me I only had 30 days to return and that my return expired 30 days after shipment. They were a gift and the 30 days expired before Christmas. The clothes did not fit and now we can’t even return them. Do not order from this company.

I give them one star only because there's not an option for zero Stars. I ordered over $150 worth of clothing for my daughter for Christmas. Three pair of pants and one shorts did not fit her. I inquired about exchanging for another size and I was informed that you cannot exchange you can only get a return and repurchase items. of course the sale that I bought them on at Christmas is no longer going on so I would have to pay a lot more for the items I want to replace. That was the first poor customer service experience I had. So I decided to return them all for a refund and not purchase them again at all. However the website they tell me to print a label on does not accept my order number... It says it's invalid. I have emailed a Adika four separate times asking for help. Three of the replies were exactly the same word for word telling me again to go to the website... It must have been an automated response. On the 4th email I actually got a different response asking for the item numbers I needed to return and they would send me a label. So I sent a fifth email to them... even including pictures and I got the same automated response back I had initially got telling me to go to the website that doesn't work. Such poor customer service! I will never order from these people again. Save your money so you don't have a hassle and poor service! order from another clothing store. Jennifer

AWFUL! DON'T USE IF YOU DON'T LIKE WASTING MONEY!!! Paid 68$ and then 26 more dollars for duties on what I thought would be a pair of jeans and 3 pieces of jewlery. Waited FOREVER for them. THE JEAN'S NEVER CAME! They never even emailed me to tell me that they're not coming or that they'll refund me or anything just straught up scammed me and didn't send them and then never responded to my emails.

Bought pants on Black Friday and they said to expect shipping delays because of the high volume. I waited two weeks and still didn’t get notified they shipped so I tried emailing them and got no response. Finally I went to their Instagram and messaged them and it took them 3 days to get back to me and tell me the item I had ordered was out of stock and they’ll refund me.

I never write reviews, and I mean NEVER, but my order from Adika was so abominable I had to save anyone else from being scammed this bad. I spent $68 on two dresses for Christmas and they came looking NOTHING like the photos. Imagine going to Walmart and buying a long, rectangular piece of fabric, and then having your three-year-old sew two straps onto it. Ugly, horrible quality, extremely disappointing. Will be attempting to return and writing more negative reviews everywhere I can. Don't buy!!! I also found out that the production of their clothing is extremely unethical. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

This site is so bad! The shipping takes AGES! Will never order from them again!
