Great clothe but have to change post service

I received my order on time only thing is that the item came damaged but the communication through email I received was immediate and responsive to help me get a new one. The product is now out of stock but I will be getting my refund and will continue to to business with this shop on the basis of this interaction. I am wary of online shops because of the struggles it takes to get a responses on returns exchanges but Adika is responsive and almost immediate. I am so thankful!!!

My package was lost and no one reached out to let me know. When I reached out they were very quick to refund me but then again all the items were sold out and more expensive when I went to go purchase again. Bummed about that

Received my adika order today and upon looking at everything & trying it on - their sizing runs very small. I knew this anyway by looking at other reviews so I got everything in large and everything fits but for it to be comfortable - I would of had to get an XL when I’m usually S-M. So definitely size up! Another thing to note is the quality is a little underwhelming for the amount of money you pay. It’s not the worst, but I was expecting better for the amount of money I was paying. All the pieces I got were thin, not sure if it was intentional but even the hoodies are very thin. The style of clothing across the whole website was really nice but I’m thinking is it worth it? I could of shopped on ASOS for better quality🤷🏼‍♀️ probably won’t be ordering for a while from adika, as I expected it to be better.

I have never given a company a rating. However, felt they deserved one. Bought my daughter 3 pairs of jean. They were all too small. Think their sizing runs small compared to other companies. However, they were such a delight to work with. They were so quick to respond and resolve issues with me. I put returns from 2 orders in 1 return box and only included return label for one order. Anyway, they were very responsive and took care of the issue. Nicest team!

i never order before from this store, saw the ads, got in, and i was so in love with the clothes that i had to give it a try. So i order a few things, i thought i was going to take a lot time to be delivered, but in one week arrive!! excelent fabric, fits perfect! The store is aamazing i had no problem at all!

I was quite nervous to order but thought I would give it a chance, even though pricing is quite high, the fabric and quality of the clothing is actually really good, it’s definitely worth waiting for a sale although there’s normally always some sort of sale on. Also the shipping was great, I’ve ordered from them twice so far and it took less than 10 days both times, would definitely recommend them, clothing is unique and what I tend to find is known companies don’t sell clothing like this. Highly recommend👍
