After waiting 3 months but paid for express, wrong item sent to be told I’m wrong refused replace my or refund diabolical service will never use again should of read the awful reviews first will make sure everyone knows about the service or lack of!

The ring took almost 2 months to arrive and you cannot read the script on it very disappointing do not bother an absolute joke I would not recommend this sight 😑

Received product according with my expectations. The ring is elegant and fits just fine. It took a while to deliver, because I’m in Portugal, but I was constantly updated about the status.

Had been waiting nearly 3 months for a ring to be delivered. Had been "At the courier" for well over a month now. No update on the tracking system they use, and updates were happening at ridiculous times. Basically the same message back each time I'd email them. "have patience, it's on its way, the courier will update as soon as possible" Do not believe what you see online.. Oh well, lesson learnt.

I ordered over a month ago and my necklace still hasn‘t arrived. This has to be a scam. The support service isn‘t really helpfull and can‘t even tell me which shipping company they use in Germany.

I ordered a ring in January for my girlfriend as a anniversary gift...... it's now march the 9th still not received or heard anything from them...... think I might have been scammed..... be careful people.....

I opened a dispute with PayPal asking my money back because the tracking number looked fishy and didn't take me anywhere. Any time I contacted them, there comes a different tracking number also taking me nowhere. After a month and several weird emails exchanged between both parties, my personalized necklace surprisely arrived and I can't say anything against it, the necklace is beautiful and delicate. I read several reviews here and in other platforms where people never received their orders so I don't know if I feel confident enough to refer this company, but I can give you my personal experience with them: it was scary in the beginning when I truly believed I was scammed, but here I am apologizing to PayPal for opening a case against them, while wearing my beautiful necklace. Maybe give them a chance! In the end it was worth it the wait.
