They sent the incorrect item and would not give me a full refund. Their offer was minimal, even though it was their mistake, and I received something I did not want and did not want to use. I was willing to return the item, but they did not want this. They kept saying that their records said I had received the correct item. I sent photos to prove I did not receive what I ordered.

If i could give them a 0 i would. Its been about a month and i still havent recieved my custom ring. Not only did i pay extra to get it shipped faster but this company has the guts to play w peoples grief. And just wanting to have a memory of your loved one and they literally are such a scam. I wish i would have done my research on this site. My tracking number doesnt even exist and i tried so many diff carriers and tracking online and no such luck , they are taking your money with out your knowledge!!!

Ordered this on 9/22 and today is 11/11 and it never arrived. Do not order. This website is a scam.
