Purchased the silver heart ring to put my dad’s picture on but the picture is so dark you can’t even tell there are people in the picture it looks like a black spot. I’ve emailed them back and forth and they want to offer me $6 which I refused because this is a memorial ring and the picture I sent was clearly well lit. Needless to say I’m stuck with a product I can never wear because I would have to explain it all day.

Order number 12788732488962925921 I requested a refund since the order has never arrived and it is still in the same place since 8/11/2025 they told me it is too late for a refund and to just trust the process does anytime know who I can contact for this?

Order placed in November and still not received . Appalling tracking details and despite repeat chasing they are unable or unwilling to confirm who the carrier is . Each time i chase they ask me to wait another few days . This is definitely a scam
