After finding out that Adept Powersports did not have the parts I ordered in stock (backordered) and needed to order them from the manufacturer, I opted to cancel my order due to the extended timeframe for the backordered parts. All email responses I received from the start from Adept Powersports were aggressive and rude. Adept Powersports canceled my order but charged a restocking fee, even though the cancellation was in compliance with their own policy for backordered merchandise. I was told my email address will be "blocked as spam" after my cancelation is processed- very professional. I would recommend to order from any other store before you even consider Adept Powersports.

My order was missing an item. Rather than offer a solution, the called me a liar. Specifically, they sent me this email: "Cool story bro, but we did ship the gasket to you. Why lie"? The part was $15 of a $150 order.

Woah, snarky customer service! I wasn't sure if delivery was 3-4 business days so I asked. Here is their response: "At no point did our website say, imply or even hint that it will "arrive in 3-4 days". Who needs that kind of snarky reply to an honest question. And they could not answer when I could reasonably expect or even where they are shipping from. We really live in this world where companies give zero Fs about how they speak to customers.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced: The Bottom Line: I contacted this business to ask for additional product information before buying and was met with shocking, derogatory treatment. The Details: Instead of helpful assistance from a professional representative, the response I received was so immature and insulting that it felt like communicating with a high school junior. There is absolutely no reason a customer should be demeaned simply for asking a question about a product offered on their own website. Final Verdict: Save yourself the headache and buy your parts elsewhere. A company that treats prospective buyers with this level of disrespect does not deserve your business.

Emailed with a specific model of bike, a question about a specific part that I already knew that I needed, and was met w/ "We can't tell you what parts you need to fix your carburetor. You did contact us and we did reply, rather promptly, so yes, it is the best way to contact us. We never said we will fix your bike, or tell you what you need to fix your bike, no website will do that - that's just nuts. Maybe you should just email another website and give them a try. Hopefully that works for you" CLOWNS! Go out of business already.

What a turd of a company! 12 days to get me the parts, when questioned they told me to f off and said they are blocking me! DO NOT under any circumstances buy from these a-holes! Wish I had read the terrible reviews beforehand!

⭐ 1/5 — Terrible customer service and a 20% cancellation fee on an order that never even shipped. I strongly recommend avoiding Adept Powersports. I placed an order because the website indicated a timeframe of approximately 2–3 days. After placing the order, I found out that they were not even planning to SHIP the part until four days later. With the weekend immediately following, the actual delivery would have taken considerably longer than I expected when placing the order. Because I needed the part sooner, I contacted them BEFORE the order was shipped and asked to cancel it. They charged me a 20% cancellation/restocking fee anyway — even though the part had never been shipped to me. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Instead of professionally explaining the situation or trying to resolve it, their responses were rude, condescending, and unnecessarily confrontational. So I lost 20% of my money simply for canceling an unshipped order after discovering that the actual shipping timeline did not meet my expectations based on the information shown when I ordered. Before buying anything from this company, I strongly recommend reading their Google, Trustpilot, and BBB reviews. I wish I had done that before ordering. This was my first and definitely my last purchase from Adept Powersports. There are plenty of other OEM parts sellers. I would rather pay more somewhere else than deal with this kind of cancellation policy and customer service again.

Ordered a motorcycle shaft, got a different kind. Charged My account next day, no parts for ten days canceled my order. He said he 20% restocking fee, told him it had never been out of stock cause he had never sent it. I complained so he then said would make all my emails go to a spam and not read. He then sent the shaft and promptly block my email. I can’t sent the part back cause I’ve been block, contrary to his policy. Read old post, not from their web site but when in business before. Had I seen those instead of the others, would not have ordered. However, there is a tremendously bright side to this and it is that every tub will eventually sit on its own bottom.
