No bike or refund
The website says the bikes will be shipped within 2-3 business days and arrive between 7-14 days. I never received a tracking number and after requesting a refund, I also did not hear back from the shop.

No bikes shipped…
It’s a shame because the communication itself was excellent and responses were polite. Unfortunately, the bicycles are not shipped within the advertised 2–3 business days as stated on the website. Even after waiting, there was no information available about when the bike would actually be shipped.
