Most confusing course I've ever taken
This course was not written in a way that it was easily understood. The practice exams were hard to read and understand what was being asked and finding the answers was next to impossible. The videos were impossible to follow along with as what was being said was too different from what was on the screen. No one can read and listen at the same time. I had to pay for a separate course just to learn the information.

Study material within the manual
The study material and chapter quizzes help a lot. I feel that the structuring within the chapters is chaotic at best. When discussing forms/coverages I would list homeowners DP-1 and then everything that is included/excluded and Schedules all in one section that apply to that specific form not one here and some on other pages, It would benefit the studier and test taker less time to study forms and things that apply easier to structure.

I feel as if it is not enough help.
I feel as if it is not enough help. The content is too broad and wordy I have used other pre licensing that was easier to understand

Audio technology disruption
I liked flexibility but there were technology disruptions w/ audio versus reading without volume.
