Reading speed needs to be addressed
Having to go back and make sure that every page is ticked off is very time consuming. I am a fast reader and this makes me read a page 5 times before it says it has been read. Please take into account that some of us can read faster than a snails pace.
Response from A.D. BankerJun 7, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge that the page-tracking feature can be time-consuming, especially for fast readers. We will consider your comments as we explore options to improve the reading experience.

To give a time frame on completion when there were quite a few days when the website was down and was unable to access any of the information with no resolution except "try another day" is crazy.
Response from A.D. BankerJun 6, 2025
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We regret that you experienced website access issues and the frustration it caused regarding completion timeframes. Someone from our customer service team will be reaching out to you to help find a resolution.

Great testing prep system
Great testing prep system. Responses are timely. Some chapters are lengthy but the quizzes really help and you can review where you are weak at and improve in those areas.

Not suggest to take online exam.
Most questions are from the books I studied, but some are still unknown as they are not from the books. I had an online test from home, and there are pros & cons as expected. The examiner asked, showing the area 360 degrees if i was ready with an empty and honest place, but only PC allowed, which I understood. During the test, the examiner asked to show him/her the area again near my exam place as some noise from my daughter's eating something from the dining area (I didn't expected this situation), even it wasn't much noise, somehow the examiner requested sensitive reactions, which made me annoyed and distracted. Strongly suggest attending near the exam location to focus more and achieve a better result. Lastly, my birthdate info was wrongly recorded when I received the pass result notification.

We appreciate your feedback. We're glad most questions aligned with your study materials. We're sorry for the noise distraction during your online test. Please reach out to our customer service team directly for any content questions.
