Awesome customer service
I was unsure of what courses I needed, but the representative guided me through what was required and set up my dashboard. Awesome customer service! The classes are easy to follow and were made convenient to accommodate my busy schedule.

I went through the online chapters
I went through the online chapters, but I wasn't getting higher on the comprehensive test than 78%-80%. So I went through the book and took notes, I understand the subject better. I now hope to do better on the tests. There were some run-on sentences that we confusing. There was one question and answer that contradicted itself. I had my boss to read the Q&A and he agreed. Someone needs to do a better job of proofreading.
