the review of getting my certifications…
the review of getting my certifications back up to date was seamless. The information was on point and even though doing CE certifications is not a lot of fun it was not that bad and even though it was timed it went very quickly.

Thorough but quick
The course was thorough, yet it was quick enough for veterans of the industry to complete. Younger, more inexperienced agents should take it slower and go over the material to pick up odds and ends that will only help.

We're glad you found the course thorough and efficient! We appreciate your advice to newer agents to take their time and absorb all the details. Thanks for your feedback, AD Banker appreciates it!

Would Love More Webinar Topics!
I love your online webinars but the topics have been basically the same since 2020. I would love to see more P&C webinar topics within Commercial Lines- BOP, professional liability, crime, employment liability, etc. I believe there would also be interest webinars on how recent social issues impact the insurance industry (COVID, civil unrest, international conflicts).
Response from A.D. BankerJun 27, 2025
We appreciate your feedback on our webinars. We acknowledge your concern about the similarity of topics since 2020. Your suggestions for more P&C commercial lines topics and webinars relating to social issues are valuable, and AD Banker will consider them for future content.

When I scheduled a continuing education…
When I scheduled a continuing education class on weekend for 8:30 EST on a Monday and pay for it. I could not log and take the class because I didn't receive the sign in atheization. This happened twice once on 6/20/25 at 8:30 AM. So I called in to your help line and was LUCKY enough to get someone before the start. Also a second time on 6/23/25 for a all paid for the program missed the start time on hold 7:00 AM your time until 9:00 my time. I missed work time to take the class .
Response from A.D. BankerJun 27, 2025
We regret that you missed your continuing education classes due to login issues. We are sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this caused, especially regarding missed work time. We'll investigate these incidents to improve our sign-in process and support. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
