I purchased course because it said unlimited practice test included in that course version, but then it tried to charge me extra for it and there was no access to practice test at all.
Response from A.D. BankerJul 22, 2025
The course does include unlimited practice exams, which can be taken through the course expiration date. We would love to speak with you more about the issue you are having and get it corrected for you. Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience.

Everything worked smooth from start to finish. I had to cancel a couple times and I had no problems with at all doing that.

It was alot less stressful than I feared. I felt the material was well covered. I do wish I could have gone to the next page when I finished.

Had to repeat a # of sections after passing the exam because the system did not recognize I had completed them. This happened across 3 of the 4 modules I had to take.
Response from A.D. BankerJul 22, 2025
Thanks for bringing this to our attention—it sounds like a frustrating experience, and it's not what we want for any of our students. Our platform is designed to accurately track progress and unlock content based on completed sections, so the fact that you had to repeat multiple sections despite passing the exam points to something we need to investigate. Technical glitches like this aren't typical, and we want to make sure everything functions smoothly for future learners. If you're willing to share specific course details, we'd be happy to escalate this to our support team so they can take a closer look and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Your feedback helps us strengthen our system—and we appreciate your patience in getting through it.
