Sent me fake ass jewelry.

Got it for the mother of my children and she loves it and it looks great

I purchased on July 9th,2026 3 items from Adamans with their buy 1, get 2 free sale. I purchased 2 bracelets and one custom pendant that includes a necklace. I received both bracelets in July. They were supposed to be 925 silver and Moissanite. All of the large stones DO NOT PASS THE DIAMOND TESTER, as they are cubic zircons. Only the very small stones passed the Diamond tester. There was a green mark left on my wrist from wearing the bracelets and the color on the bracelet is changing. As of today, September 16th, 2026 I still have not received my custom pendant which was supposed to arrive in 4-6 weeks. Their customer service is subpar & I would never recommend them or purchase from them again. Their website omits information that would allow customers to make informed decisions on purchasing from them. I would give zero starts if I could.

I ordered a bracelet, Moissanite Sapphire Cross Bracelet – Silver - D COLOR - VVS1 in May 2026. They got back to say the item isn't in stock. They said it will be back in stock soon. But when it didn't arrive, they started offering replacements plus any CZ item of choice as a compensation for the delay. I finally agreed and requested a chain, Moissanite Diamond Cushion Cut Lariat Chain - Silver - D COLOR - VVS1 as replacement. I know it costs a little bit more, but I said I am not interested in the CZ free item (to make up for the price difference). They are now telling me the chain I chose as replacement is out of stock despite it showing as available even as I type this review. They offered me one of three bracelets option, but I already have those styles from a far more reliable competitor. All I can say is avoid if you can - if they cannot offer a replacement, then what can they do?

I really love my items I recieved from Adamans! High quality and exceeded my expectations. No complaints, nothing but gratitude! 🙏👌 The price was more than fair, i payed for 1 item and got 2 free with it, just as advertized on the website. The time it took from ordering my jewelry to actually recieving my package was a little longer than stated, 🤷 but they threw in a free item to make up for the extra couple days. 😁 So... 4 items for the price of 1!! I was more than satisfied when i opened the package and saw my purchases in person 🫶🤩💨 Well crafted and beautiful pieces! Thank you Adamans, I will definitely shop here again! 💯

The quality of the jewellery was fantastic. My partner was extremely pleased. It took longer to come than expected but when they arrived he was not disappointed. The jewellery was just liked described. Cannot fault them.
