If I could give Adamans ZERO stars, I would. I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE $$ ON THIS GARBAGE COMPANY. This has been one of the most frustrating and dishonest-feeling online shopping experiences I've ever encountered. I purchased MOISSANITE jewellery based on the products and shipping timelines advertised on their website. Only AFTER placing my order did I discover that Adamans intended to send me cheap cubic zirconia (CZ) substitutes first, while making me wait another 4–6 WEEKS for the actual moissanite jewellery I paid for. What followed was an absolutely infuriating exchange with customer service. Rather than addressing my concerns, they repeatedly sent generic responses about how popular their jewellery is and how much care goes into making it. . The entire experience raises serious concerns about their advertising, transparency, and customer service. Advertising moissanite jewellery, shipping CZ substitutes despite explicit objections, and then making customers chase you for answers is an appalling way to operate a business. I've wasted an absurd amount of time dealing with something that should have been a straightforward purchase. My advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM ADAMANS. MOST OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FAKE.

DO NOT buy anything from ADAMANS company!!!! They are scammers and I learned the hard way! I spent $589 on a bracelet November 30, 2025 and I still do not have the bracelet, they have refused to refund my money, and blocked my bank from allowing me to dispute the charge by sending them a prearbitration letter! I am now having to take it to court! It has been the WORST experience I have ever had with a company! The are corrupt, dishonest, and lack integrity! Find a different jeweler!

I ordered from adamans on August 15th it is now October 15th and I have yet to receive my moissanite pieces. I’ve contacted customer support and they keep giving me the automated please give us a few more weeks while we get everything sorted. At this point I’m close to disputing this charge and calling it a day

Avoid Adamans. Months of excuses and still no bracelet. My experience with Adamans has been absolutely atrocious. I ordered a moissanite bracelet in April. It is now October, and I still have not received what I paid for. For six months, this has been a never-ending cycle of excuses, delays, promises, and what I can only describe as lies. Every time I am told the issue is being resolved, another excuse follows. At this point, I have absolutely no confidence in anything this company tells me. Six months is an absurd amount of time to wait for a piece of jewelry that was ordered and paid for in April. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of accountability. Instead of taking ownership of the situation and actually fixing it, Adamans has repeatedly given me the runaround while I continue waiting for something I already paid for. I have been more than patient and have given this company opportunity after opportunity to make things right. They haven't. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that you do not purchase from Adamans. There are far too many reputable jewelry companies out there to risk going through what I have dealt with for the past six months. Save yourself the frustration, the excuses, and the headache. Shop somewhere else.

I placed an order on September 12th during there "deals" that were running. In all I still spent 160$ and about a week after placing the order was sent an email from the company offering a free item "preselected". After responding to said email with my choice of item color, I haven't heard, received or had any communication from Adamans since then trying to rectify this issue. I have received no updates either even though I sent a lengthy message to the company and still have not heard one word back. I want my merchandise or my money back!!!!

STOP!!! ADAMANS never sent me 2 bracelets.. then they said give a review for a free bracelet and never sent that one neither & stopped replying to emails!! DONT SHOP!
