Water features are just ok
Water features are just ok. For the price they should automatically come with a remote option as well as a quieter motor. Also, the fabricated piece that sits in the bottom below the rocks was not fabricated correctly so my installer had to make adjustments. The tabs on the top of the unit just create more of an issue. It is not clearly stated that the tabs should be pushed in and the water leaked out all over the wall and floors.

It's a very well engineered product and…
It's a very well engineered product and looks great. My main concern is that on start up the waterfall never completely covers the rock face. I have to use a scotch brite pad to wipe down dry sections of the rock to get the waterfall to cover completely. Also, I didn't realize the high rate of evaporation in an outdoor application. Running the pump 8-9 hours a day, I add a half gallon of water daily.

Natural stone surfaces can require occasional conditioning to help the water sheet evenly, especially during start-up. We generally recommend waiting 20-30 minutes for the water to completely cover the water surface. Regarding evaporation, we understand that regular refilling can be inconvenient, but many customers value the added benefit of the water feature serving as a natural humidifier for the surrounding area. We truly appreciate your feedback and are grateful you chose our product.

Peace and All Good.
I dealt with Crissy and she was extremely knowledgable and helpful. She walked me through the ordering process and customization. Later, I dealt with Crissy when the company reached out to let me know the stone had cracked. First, I appreciated the honesty and second, I was grateful for Crissy helping me feel comfortable with the repair.
