I purchased a Bantam River Fountain more than a few years ago and after spending so much needed time trying to get this unit to function as it should has compelled me to leave a review....Product Quality: in terms of the relaxation it's supposed to help provide... 0% in my opinion after years of use....They look good! but sound horrible!....From the day I purchased this unit it has been nothing but frustrating...The amount of vibration/noise coming from the unit is absolutely disgusting...Nothing but loud vibration that drowns out any chance of calm you would hope to get from the water flow...This thing vibrates so loud it would drive even a psychopath insane... I've gone as far as using a towel underneath the water base to stop floor vibration, I've also stuffed/wedged soft styrofoam between the bottom and top of the pump to stop it from vibrating on the floor and fountain glass...I've even stuffed soft foam in every corner I've been able..still nothing but loud vibration non stop!...Pumps are clunky joke/ and hoses are stiff and there is nowhere to seat the pump so it just lays there on its side like a retarded baby having a seizure while trying to breath through a sock all while the stiff hose pushes it against the water base wall to add more vibration problems. what a joke....overall I've spent more time trying to fix this thing than anything else...A total disappointment...all I did was buy myself a never ending job....I have to bump,move, adjust,fix etc. damn near every time I walk by this thing....I even have woken up countless nights to the vibration and rumble...overall the unit looks good and water sound good when there is no vibration...but you'd be lucky to get a couple of minutes before it acts up again! and the vibration, it really never goes away...only gets worse....I'm at my last resort...I'm going to take this unit apart and spray everything with Flex-Seal..if that doesn't work I'm throwing this junk in the trash were it belongs...totally sick of this nonsense....This product should be discontinued in my opinion if they are still being made the same in 2026

The stone was broken.

The water feature I purchased is lovely. However, the pump is so loud that after spending almost $1,000 on the fountain five years ago, I never turn it on for the time I have owned it minus the first couple of months, as the pump is as loud as the water sound. I tried contacting Adagio on several occasions after my purchase, but they only said to move the loud pump around and try sponges. None of that helped.

Customer support is inadequate - Do not expect any assembly instructions. I recently purchased a beautiful Adagio water feature with some issues. Several of the parts move around even after assembly. There were no assembly instructions. There was a slip of paper that came with the water feature directing one to use their "smart phone" with a code to scan for a video. The video was incomplete and did not show all of the parts that needed to be assembled. After contacting "customer service" by phone the rep did not seem interested in the fact that the instruction for assembly were inadequate. I could not get a response after several emails to the sales rep that I originally emailed before purchasing the Adagio water feature in reference to a small part that came with the Adagio water feature.
