It means a lot to hear feedback like yours! Launching your first book is a big milestone, so we're glad the printing and shipping process helped make it a smooth one. Comparing the experience favorably to Amazon KDP's print-on-demand model is high praise, especially coming from someone who knows that hands-off standard well—it's exactly the kind of ease we want authors to feel when working with us. We'd be honored to take on your next two books and continue supporting your publishing journey. Thank you for the strong recommendation and for placing your confidence in our team; we look forward to being part of many more successful launches ahead.

Your feedback truly made our day! Managing a complex annual calendar operation takes real coordination, so hearing that the integration and launch process felt easy—even after switching partners mid-year—means a lot to us. Catherine, Pete, and Raj will be so glad to know their efforts stood out, and we'll make sure they hear how much their support meant to your team. Transitions like this can be daunting, and knowing our team helped make it feel seamless instead is exactly the kind of partnership we strive for with every publisher and creator we work with. Thank you for trusting us with something as important as your product launch. We look forward to partnering with you for many years to come as your operation continues to grow.
