Acuity gives us the flexibility we need to schedule our clients, but lacks a lot of basic features that would clearly make it a wonderful tool. We have a salon-model educational facility, and there is NO WAY to publish a calendar of all instructors availability form Acuity. We have to manage a second Google Calendar for this, then embed that in our website. If Acuity could show a calendar of "available appointments", for even a week at a time, that would be amazing...

I really like the system as I have it set up but I am scared to change anything because I can't get it back to how I had it. I have added a room and I have NO idea how to adfd it to the schedule and I am too scared I will screw up the rest of the system so I am going without.

I love this app- very personalizable, sends emails to remind, and follow up. can create many different appt types, customize availability and gap management. Wish it stayed logged in on my phone and computer, sometimes is very glitchy when trying to log back in which is extremely frustrating when I'm with a patient and trying to check them out.

I don’t know. I barely use the features because I don’t have the awareness. I really just use it in the most basic way. I schedule sessions and block them with Acuity. I’m sure it does more than that. If you offered a free session with a human rep for helping me navigate and understand how to use it better, I could speak to this better. Right now, I really don’t have a whole lot of feedback, positive or negative. I’m glad it does basic scheduling. I guess for what I know, There’s a lot to be desired? I still have to log in to my website, count sessions and make a note of where they’re at in their package. It would be beneficial to charge my clients for from a stored cc. Not sure how to do that either.

I do really enjoy working with Acuity Scheduling. I would recommend. I like the whole Squarespace platform. There are a few upgrades Im crossing my fingers for in the future. More ways to share on socials, and more features on the app would be amazing, but all in all, Im in and happy!

Easy to navigate and affordable.

Je suis utilisatrice de cet agenda depuis près de 3 ans pour mon activité et je le recommande fortement.. Seul bémol: l'accès à l'agenda n'est pas assez clair, pour les clients qui envisage de prendre des RDV. Cela dit, mes élèves apprécient énormément le rappel email et sms.

Acuity has been great and very reliable for me. However it needs to catch up with its competitors. Things like checking out from an appointment are available in the us but not in the uk.
