A little hard to navigate
A little hard to navigate you really have to either know it or try to figure it out on your own. Customer Service is not available. You have to email them to get some help. That’s a headache talking to someone is really hard. Everything is via email. Sometime you just need to talk to a person to understand.

time zone confusion
It's alright but sometimes the time zones confuse my clients -- sometimes they show in my time zone and sometimes they translate to the client time zone so it feels like an issue.

Thanks for sharing this! To keep things clear for your clients, try using the %timetz% tag instead of the default %time% tag in your client notifications. The %time% tag only shows the time zone if a client is in a different zone than your account, but %timetz% will always display it. I have to reenter my credit card…
I have to reenter my credit card information every month to continue my subscription to classes. This makes no sense since my card does not expire for another 4 years! Please fix!

It’s not great for clients in different…
It’s not great for clients in different time zones. I sometimes forget to double check my client’s time zone- it doesn’t always default to it- so there’s a user experience element that could be improved. But then the email reminder doesn’t indicate that the time is my time zone, and I have confused clients. Also, the whole set up is convoluted, so adjusting language in the automated responses and all the different parts of the process is challenging and hard to stay consistent. Otherwise it works as it should.

Its good, but needs improvement
Its good, but somethings bother me. Like the desktop version, its optimized for mobile so some windows are too small to add long text to. Also the login section can be annoying.

I dislike that when the phone app…
I dislike that when the phone app requires a verification code via email - I cannot access the code and come back to the screen to enter the number, it reloads the page and sends me into an infinite loop of trying to get the code and reloading a new page. It refuses to work and this had made my business difficult many times until I am able to get on a computer. I also dont like (on the app) that if someone else pays for a clients session via credit card (for example a wife is paying for her husband), I cannot enter her name as the card holder - and therefore again, I have to wait to find a computer. I also dislike that in the scheduler, you cannot mass delete appointments made by clients that book out in advance.
