I love the customization options for our calendars! I haven’t found another booking site that allows me to do that without making extra effort to communicate with clients. I like the reminders that are in place- though I wish there were more options for the amount of texts vs emails. I would LOVE these features which made me shop elsewhere at one point: 1. Waitlist - I know it’s a minor thing, but the communication to clients when an opening comes up or an “interested in” button for the clients end 2. I would love to see an option for a solid login for the client- a profile if you will so they can see their selected services and add things onto their appts from there! 3. A specific time to release a calendar’s availability, for example, I release my schedule manually the last Saturday of the month at 10:00 - my clients know that, but I do have to make sure it’s in there, typed up ready to upload and THEN press save so it gets published. If there was a “scheduled publish” like a schedule that corporate systems have it would make our lives a little easier. I know there’s the workaround of every X amount of dates can be released or every rotating 30 days, but I would like to release an entire month at once to make it fair for the clients who are looking to book 4. Reason for cancellation- have a little required box for them when they cancel and a reminder of the terms and conditions so they’re not confused when they receive any fees if communicated

This is a very simple and easy to use scheduling system. Would be great for any individual or small business.

Fantastic schedule system, makes everything you need to rum your sessions. Super elastic, well tough, very easy to use. The only reason why I abandoned it is that as working on the European market, I needed payment integration with Ideal and was affecting my business not having it. So after 3 years I was forced to move.

Acuity has made a big difference to my business workflow and organisation. Being able to schedule sessions and clients receive reminders having to do it manually has been a game changer.

So far, I have no complaints regarding the service. I love how easy it is for my clients to book and love that you guys sent out reminders on time.

I’ve been using this for a while and love it. It’s simple and my clients can clearly see what they are getting.
