Carmen is absolutely fabulous and so knowledgeable and helpful. She goes the extra mile in order to satisfy the customer and she knows all the ways to provide lower priced air fare when all others have substantially higher prices.

So far we've just gone through the booking experience which was good.

Carmen was very helpful and patient working with my group. We had several changes that required attention. Our concerns were address professionally and issues resolved. Marie

They worked very hard to find the best deal for me. They found the perfect five star resort that was in my price range as well as fit my family’s needs. Ms. Carmen let me know that she would never put us in any hotel that she could not personally vouch for. They come highly recommended. Thank you A&C Travel Services. We are looking forward to a great time. ~a satisfied customer ~
