A new player in the automation game with lots of potential and room for improvement. I'm always looking for new automation tools and already use quite a few (Zapier of course, Pabbly connect and Albato) Earlier this year I've heard about activepieces and decided to give it a try and can't regret. For sure it has a lot to do before catching up with the ones mentioned before but considering how fast they're adding new integration and how I've enjoyed using the platform, I envision mid and long-term success.

My experience with Activepieces has been positive, primarily due to its robust functionality and seamless integration capabilities. The platform's ability to efficiently track messages in my community via webhooks has been a game-changer, simplifying what was once a complex task. The user interface, while initially daunting, is quite intuitive once you get the hang of it. Navigating the website is straightforward, and the folders function is a standout feature for keeping things organized. Another aspect I greatly appreciate is the seamless integration with Google Sheets. It not only streamlines data management but also significantly enhances productivity. Active Pieces is a playing catch-up to tools like Zapier. But it's open-source foundation could give it an edge and allow it improve upon or even add experiences that aren't available in other well established tools yet. Excited to see how active pieces continues to improve.

As someone who uses Activepieces I feel that the platform could benefit from automation capabilities compared to other similar tools available. For example the AI scaling feature could use some improvements in terms of accuracy and customization options. Additionally while Activepieces already integrates with messaging platforms like Slack and Telegram expanding its range of integrations, with business tools would make it even more useful overall.

An amazing automation tool that really hits the spot. Easy to use and open source allowing for a steady flow of new integrations that keeps making it more and more powerful. Still missing a few integrations but highly recommendable with very fair prices compared to make.com and zapier.
