I was completely disappointed! I will give an ok to the download and number of options in my package for Yellowstone and Grand Teton. The announcements for sights came on after we had already passed the turnoffs. Traveling through the WY. Mountains it completely failed and didn’t tell us the route. The map showed us in the middle of field. After two days of trying I gave up! Oh I have worked with computers and on them a ran a corporate intranet. I don’t recommend this software !

They should name this company NO Action Tour Guide. I purchased 2 tour and was able to use the first one about half way before it couldn't find us. Tour number 2 was not used because our cruise ship didn't make that port, so I asked for a refund and was told I could get credit for a future tour...didn't want a future tour after the first one left us half way through it. Emailed Ash K and she only answers the emails that she want to..not all the you send. They have a refund policy...Refund: If you still need a refund, here is how you can get one. The refund process depends on where you purchased your Tour. Email this on the 2/10 and it is now 2/15 NO RESPONSE...Like I said NO ACTION..Stay Away In response to your questions, please check the 5 plus emails that I sent for an answer to you questions.

Bought the Maui sunrise audio but found out when we arrived at the park it was not an entrance pass nor did they say when they took my money you had to sign up for another pass nor did they give a link or better they should have signed me up since they had all my info already. They charged me 80 dollars for eight people in the van but then when I complained they said I only needed one pass again misleading.

Purchased the Road to Hana app. It started out pretty good but about a third of the way through it kept crashing on us. It WAS DOWNOLADED to my phone so it was not an internet connectivity issue. We ended up finding a place with internet connectivity and purchasing another app on the fly (GyPSy Guide). It saved the day. Update 9/23/22 in response to Action Tour Guides: I don't recall exactly where it first crashed but think it is somewhere between Haipua'ena Falls and Garden of Eden. It crashed multiple times. My phone model is iPhone 13 and was up to date with the latest ios. Update 9/28/22: I received the free annual subscription to your catalog and have activated it on my phone. Thanks, I appreciate the thoughtful customer service.

Bought the walking and driving tour for Newport, Rhode Island. Both guides were terrible. The narration and map need to sync to the GPS locations. The driving tour allowed us a million u-turns because there was no advance notice and some of them were given AFTER the turn. Very disappointed in my first purchase.

While visiting Boston, We purchased the “Ultimate” Harvard Self-Guided Audio Tour. The experience was anything but ultimate. The app was completely unusable. It seemed it could not figure out our location. Audio comments would begin for points we were not near. The blue location dot was never where we were. It would even move around while we were stopped. This was not a problem with my phone, as both Apple and Google Maps could quickly pinpoint our location. After messing around for 30+ minutes, I gave up, closed the app, and toured Harvard using the pamphlet we picked up at the subway station. I will never again buy a product from Action Tour Guide. It was a total waste of time and money.

We bought the GPS tour guide for Big Sur in San Fransisco. It was a bad experience for us. Total waste of money. It brought us in the middle of the Road and ended abruptly. No further instructions. We had to shuttle between two aps that did not synch well. What a waste of time. We have used other apps that layout the points of interest over maps so we do not have to shuttle back and forth between maps and the guide.
