ActionCoachReviews of actioncoach.com

I’ve been working with Darrick from Action Coach for a handful of months now and it’s been an excellent experience. Darrick makes learning and expanding out of your own comfort zone enjoyable and fun. I would highly recommend Darrick from Action Coach to anyone genuinely looking for exponential growth in their professional life.

I don't think ActionCoach has processes and procedures to handle customers' complaints. The evidence is that I am an unhappy customer and no one takes care of me. And it has been a year. And I wonder how such a company can provide coaching services on how to grow a business professionally.

Love ActionCOACH and all the learnings I have had. The coach I used has changed by business life. More than anything I am a different person in the best possible way.

Chris Churchman has been an amazing coach, he has helped change my mindset to think of the bigger goals and also implement 90 days targets. Having a regular meeting with Chris gives me the opportunity to pause and dig deeper into the decisions I'm making, but also help me plan and visualise my goals long term. Not all people have the ability to be coaches but I am fortunate that I have met the right match coach for me, my style, personality and work ethic. Thank you so much I’d highly recommend working with Chris.

ActionCoach courted my business partner to give her support and direction, she was an inexperienced business owner and company director, and she agreed to sign up to their programme. Shortly afterwards, I was made aware that the ActionCoach mentor was assisting her in "manufacturing my exit from the business" as per the email chain I was privy to. Totally unprofessional that a mentor would advise an inexperienced part owner to get rid of her business partner, a seasoned company director of 25+ years, and basically make her totally dependent on their monthly subscription for help and support. Completely unethical and unprofessional, not to mention completely counter-productive for the business. Company has now closed down in part fuelled by the actions of the AC mentor!

excellent and amazing!

Calum McRae has been amazing in coaching me to change my mindset and help me turn my dream of having my own business into a reality. Thank you so much I’d highly recommend working with him.

Do not waste your time to sign up. The company started billing before the agreed upon start date and before I ever received an invitation to join a meeting. Was promised it would be taken care of for weeks. When I did start the sessions the coach was referencing information I had no idea about how to access and asked if I had done the homework?? Took 2 weeks to get a call from the head of the program to explain the "system" and how to use the tools. After 3 weeks I realized the sessions were not productive with the coach and informed her I would not be continuing. I just kept getting messages to "talk" about how to get me back and how she "missed" me. I politely repeated I would not be continuing and asked them to stop billing my credit card. Charges continued for 2 months EVERY WEEK totaling over $3K for only 4 TOTAL sessions. They continue to charge my card as we speak and FINALLY said "OK we will stop 30 days from now", remember these are weekly charges. I have retained counsel and will be reporting the fraudulent charges to the Texas Comptrollers office. DO NOT BE SCAMMED by this company. They were very convincing but once you sign up VERY DIFFERENT story.
