I don't think ActionCoach has processes and procedures to handle customers' complaints. The evidence is that I am an unhappy customer and no one takes care of me. And it has been a year. And I wonder how such a company can provide coaching services on how to grow a business professionally.

ActionCoach courted my business partner to give her support and direction, she was an inexperienced business owner and company director, and she agreed to sign up to their programme. Shortly afterwards, I was made aware that the ActionCoach mentor was assisting her in "manufacturing my exit from the business" as per the email chain I was privy to. Totally unprofessional that a mentor would advise an inexperienced part owner to get rid of her business partner, a seasoned company director of 25+ years, and basically make her totally dependent on their monthly subscription for help and support. Completely unethical and unprofessional, not to mention completely counter-productive for the business. Company has now closed down in part fuelled by the actions of the AC mentor!

Do not waste your time to sign up. The company started billing before the agreed upon start date and before I ever received an invitation to join a meeting. Was promised it would be taken care of for weeks. When I did start the sessions the coach was referencing information I had no idea about how to access and asked if I had done the homework?? Took 2 weeks to get a call from the head of the program to explain the "system" and how to use the tools. After 3 weeks I realized the sessions were not productive with the coach and informed her I would not be continuing. I just kept getting messages to "talk" about how to get me back and how she "missed" me. I politely repeated I would not be continuing and asked them to stop billing my credit card. Charges continued for 2 months EVERY WEEK totaling over $3K for only 4 TOTAL sessions. They continue to charge my card as we speak and FINALLY said "OK we will stop 30 days from now", remember these are weekly charges. I have retained counsel and will be reporting the fraudulent charges to the Texas Comptrollers office. DO NOT BE SCAMMED by this company. They were very convincing but once you sign up VERY DIFFERENT story.

Multiple unsolicited calls and the one I just had I politely stopped, told her I wasn't interested and she just hung up instantly. Way to leave a good impression.

Honestly please be smart enough to see past this scheme. My partner wasn’t but don’t make the same mistake. You will spend money that you don’t have for leads you would get anyway.
