Ordered and received but definitely not true to size and difficulty experiencing returns policy and process

A friend has ordered and nothing arrived . All positive reviews are suspect as it’s the only review they have ever made of anything ever ! Thinking only negative reviews are legitimate.

I really really wish I'd read the reviews first. I'm now £25 down and have a product that is completely unfit for purpose. Ordered 14/4 and received 10/5. On the advert the product looked great, what you get is a cheap badly made knock off. To send them back it's at my cost and have been told it would be expensive. They said I was best to keep them. Update - I have now been refunded £10.

Dreadful. Still nothing arrived. Not made clear at purchase that it will take over a month. It has taught me a valuable lesson not to order from any company advertised on Facebook.

Please do not purchase from this company. Save your money . Very poor quality , the items purchased did not even last a month, all 3 mini drones poorly made and flimsy, not working anymore. No resolution from the company , offered me £2 refund for a £30 purchase. What a joke.

I've ordered from these on in December and they keep saying that it's on the way I really wouldn't recommend buying from these guys.

Lucky love windchime purchased. Advertised as made from recycled iron horse shoes with steel nails, handmade, shipping from Tulsa in America. Very cheap flimsy lightweight product with no nails. Can't return because would cost more than it cost. Don't buy from this company. Doubt they are from America - label with Chinese symbols on packaging.
