When you see item put on shelf sounds heavy.(cat with lantern) But on receiving the items they are cheap plastic roughly made & the lantern is nothing like in the picture.Its just square not as nice as in picture. Very disappointed.

Rubbish. Sky projector is pathetic. The add shows a room illuminated with stars & solar. Could only be achieved if you bought four of them. £18 spent not worth £1. What a con.

You are a bunch of con artists! What a firm of nasty scammers you are! Your advertising shows what looks like a detailed, large pan-sized, porcelain piece of art, and it turns out to be a cheap, badly designed piece of cheap tat made out of plastic, that is barely the size of a pack of cards, and I paid over £20 for what probably cost you pennies. I have already reported you to Facebook etc, and will be doing the same at Interpol. You owe me and probably hundreds of others their money back! Shame on you.

The hand held hoover is awful the nozzles dont fit none of the parts fit this so called car hoover also very small and fragile but it was not to expensive so i suppose you get what you pay for. Delivery took ages very dissapionted

A shame 0 stars is not an option. I purchased a bra and tights before reading the reviews and when I requested the order to be cancelled, I was told it was already shipped, despite not receiving any confirmation it was. The order was lost in transit after waiting for it for over a month since it was dispatched from US (I never knew), which helped me to request a refund from PayPal but, but when it was suddenly delivered, the refund was denied. I paid over 20 GBP for two items of terrible quality, not fit for the purpose for which you would not pay over a pound for each. Customer Service was unhelpful each of the several times I had to contact them and, when I finally requested a refund, they never replied.

Don't buy from them.SCAM

Still no item no tracking information emailed always same reply do not bother also charged me more said they refund but still nothing shite customer service AVOID!!!!!ordered 30th January now 19th February ignoring my emails still no tracking number do not order off this site scam!!!

If I could have given it no stars I would have done. Item received after weeks of waiting, poor quality and so small. Contacted the company who offered me £3 in compensation, I complained it then went up to £6, when I refused that they have totally ignored me...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 'COMPANY'
