I have had this for a few months worked great,I did not need it for a few weeks,when i went to use it again it did not work no air no heat just slightly cool air coming out of both ends, I put in a ticket to customer service ,they said they will be in touch. Things happen,I love all their products. Up date .My problem has been taken care of a few emails back and forth and i now have a new air conditioner on the way. great support from Duke at AC infinity.

I have the 5×5pro and many of the accessories and I love all of them. However the ionfame evo 8 light is very concerning. First one lasted 3 months second one lasted 7 months and i am currently waiting on my third one to be shipped. If not for this it would be 5 stars but the lighting is everything especially a reliable one.

SCAM!!! What company actually asks for a picture ID and credit card information via email several days after placing an order in which that information was already provided. Somebody named Ashley responded back and all they were concerned about was me giving them a rating for their customer service.

Forst time for everytjing they would not cover a brand new t7 humidifier i just bought brand new in jan i have the reciept of where i bought it and all ! It shoudl still have a manufacturer warranty no matter who sells it ! I am beyond mad i have spent 1000s of dollars woth ac infonoty for them not to cover my humidifier is heartbreaking
