AC InfinityReviews of acinfinity.com

Thank you for the quick fix to the problem. As always AC Infinity is the best in customer service.

Muss man dann selber wissen...

2 year warranty is much appreciated these days. I’ve purchased and recommended multiple AC Infinity products and will continue to do so. Excellent customer service.

Customer service was on point. Responded to my email within 24 hours, and I received the replacement part inside of a week. It was my fault the part broke, and yet they still replaced it. Says a lot about a company.. AC Infinity stands on business!

I reached out to AC Infinity about a CLOUDRAY S6 fan that had stopped oscillating, even though it was slightly past the warranty period. Nick from their support team went above and beyond—he reviewed my case quickly and still approved a replacement for the newer Gen 2 model. The process was smooth, communication was excellent, and the replacement is already on order. It’s rare to see a company that stands behind its products this well, especially when the warranty has technically expired. Huge thanks to Nick and AC Infinity for their outstanding customer service!

Very fast and helpful response. I purchase a lot of ac infinity products and it feels good to be appreciated by a company you support.
