SCAM!!
SCAM!!! I exchanged 20 points for a 10k pro account, but they haven't provided the account for two days now. I contacted support; they claim the issue is resolved, but it hasn't been fixed at all.

We cannot find an account or a support ticket under this name, so we genuinely do not know what happened to you. If you have an account with us, send the account number or the email you signed up with to [email protected] and we will answer it — here in public, if you prefer. If the problem is something you saw rather than something you experienced, tell us what it was and we will address that instead.

We cannot find an account, a payout request or a support ticket that matches this review, so we genuinely do not know what happened to you. If you have an account with us, send the account number or the email you signed up with to [email protected] and we will answer it — here in public, if you prefer. If you never opened one, tell us what you saw and we will answer that instead. A one-line accusation with no details is the one thing we cannot fix. Give us something to check and we will check it.
