We cannot find an account or a support ticket under this name, so we genuinely do not know what happened to you. If you have an account with us, send the account number or the email you signed up with to [email protected] and we will answer it — here in public, if you prefer. If the problem is something you saw rather than something you experienced, tell us what it was and we will address that instead.

Thank you, Jemal. Good luck with the account — and if a rule ever closes one on you without a clear reason attached, do not shrug it off: [email protected], with the account number.

Thank you, Sahil. If there is something the app does not do that you keep wishing it did, tell [email protected] — that list is what actually gets built next.

Thank you. Tell us what you would change next — a short list of small annoyances is more useful to us than praise.

Thank you. If you hit something that feels wrong — a rule, a support answer, a payout — tell us before it becomes a bad review. We would rather fix it than read about it.

Thank you for the kind word. Come back and write about the actual experience once you have traded with us — that is the review that helps someone else decide.
