Was looking at placing an order for a MedSpec Dynatrac Plus knee brace with Achilles Medical (their price was less than other similar sites), but had a question about the brace. I emailed Mike my question and was pleasantly surprised to get a reply within 20 minutes. Placed my order late on a Tuesday and had the brace in hand on Friday morning. My daughter wore the brace all weekend for a soccer tournament and liked it much better than her old bulkier brace. I'm now going to order ankle braces for my kids through Achilles Medical.

This is purely from a service perspective and not a review of the actual product. I bought ASO ankle braces, but I can't use them until my ankle heals. I used a "Shock Doctor" ankle brace given to me as a birthday present and throughout my season of rugby, they were doing ok, but falling apart rather quickly. Then, when I was running (not tackling), my ankle gave, made a crack...and a grade 3 sprain plus a small fracture put me out of post-season training for 9 weeks. I'm excited to try the product as I received it only four days after I ordered it online. How about quick satisfaction?!?! I highly recommend achillesmed since their service is so great, AND you get several emails indicating the status of your order.

I ordered an ankle braced recommended by my physical therapist. The how to video in applying the brace was helpful along with the description of the brace.
