The items are shipped in the time frame they have noted. Will continue to do business with them. We started using them when my daughter's orthopedic dr. & her chiropractor suggested that we get them. She loved them & they gave her the support she needed. We just ordered a pair for my son who was reluctant to wear them. I ordered them Sunday & they shipped right out. He had a basketball game on Thursday & they arrived the same day. He wore one of them in the game and he loved it. He commented on how good they were & told his sister, he should've listened to her when she told him to get a pair. Money well spent!!

Highly recommended by a physical therapist, I decided to get an ankle brace for my 13yr old from Achilles Medical. Product was excellent, service was remarkable. It gave support that tape couldn't do, with flexibility! No rubbing issues or discomfort. In fact, we ended up getting one for each ankle, just in case. Not that you can put a price on preventing a sports injury, but their product was worth every penny.
