I have a hair-line fracture of my left ankle and needed a good ankle brace for support. I found one at Achilles Medical and bought it. I was hoping to get it within a week, but to my pleasant surprise I received it in two days! And the brace works great too.

My ankle brace came in a few days which surprised me. You had the lowest price on the brace that I could find any where.

When I originally ordered it said that I would receive an email shortly with shipping information, I never did. This caused me to wonder if my order went through, but I decided to wait a couple of days to see what happened Two days later I received my "shipping email" as stated, and after checking that link, it advised that my package had been delivered. A little nervous at first, but free shipping that arrived in two days made for a great buy. I would definitely use the site again if I needed something else.

I bought a product and it was not delivered in a timely manner or so I thought. I emailed Mike and voiced my concerns. Honestly, I was a jackass to him. He didn't deserve it and I totally jumped to conclusions I should have not made. Mike responded to me very quickly and professionally.
