I was buying a name brand product I already own, just needed a second one. It was exactly what it said it would be and arrived very quickly in perfect condition. The price was extremely competitive. The retailer communicated often and very professionally and corteously with me in regards to processing and status of the order. Had absolutely no problems whatsoever. I cannot advise on how they handle returns or problems as I had no issues, and I paid via PayPal which I always advise consumers to do when they are unfamiliar with a vendor.

I was really impressed how fast Achilles Medical was able to deliver my ASO braces! I really needed them for work. Most of all, I really appreciated having the video to watch so I knew how to put them on correctly!

We wanted an ASO ankle brace for my son, because we had heard that it was the best out there and we couldn't find it in any retail stores in our area. When an injury has occurred you want the best device you need and as quickly as possible. Achilles Medical provided that for us and in a timely manner. Thanks Achilles.

My son is a level 10 gymnast and needed ankle supports for his floor routine. After reading many gymnastics sites/boards about ankle supports, one from this site was mentioned the most. I took a look and saw that ASO, the brand that Achilles Medical sells, is also the one used by my ankle surgeon's practice- it is what I used in my post-surgical rehab after I was out of casts and a boot. Colleges use them for their athletes also. They are not cheap, but they are built right and built to last. Better to buy a good one than end up buying more than one cheap one. When I had a question, the person on the other end of their phone line was very helpful and friendly. ASO braces are made in the USA, so you are supporting American jobs/workers when you buy them and know that they have standards. I loved that there was no shipping charge- lesser versions of this ankle support were at sporting goods stores for almost the same price. The lack of shipping charge made it a great deal. Our package arrived quicker than anything I've ever ordered with standard shipping before over the internet. We are very pleased with this company and our purchase.
