This product has literally saved our Lives ! My husband is 84, has Parkinson’s and heart blockage, bed confined and at 79 I’m his full time care giver . Design flaws in the details are problematic. Exposed bolts on the inside arm holding the sling caused skin tears and cuts. Lack of cushioning of central beam caused bruising and discomfort. Simple fixes would make the product much safer and better.
