Super fast shipping

Don't use USPS for shipping
Don't use USPS for shipping! Difficult to track/trace. Also, package was damaged; stem portion of a wheel actually projected through the box and threads could have been stripped. A packing list and installation instructions would have been nice.

You sent me the wrong interchangeable…
You sent me the wrong interchangeable seat. I notified you and received an apology but no way to send the incorrect seat back and obtain a refund. Bad service.

This lift is a life changer
This lift is a life changer. Gives me the opportunity to move my daughter around without worrying if I will get injured myself. I broke my back moving her before we had the lift. The company has been very responsive and quick to deliver and helped us immediately when we needed technical help. Great product and company. Everyone who sees the lift wants one for the one they care for.
