Hello. If I could give this company a ZERO. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. I order a ballistic helmet from them in February using Afterpay. Before I did, I read that they was having shipping delays. No problem, I’m a patient guy. 3 months in I receive an email stating that they have no more helmets I ordered and they can give me the new gen 3 helmet that was supposed to be releasing soon and they would start shipping them out in June or I can request a refund. I chose to get the Gen 3 helmet. 2 MORE MONTHS go by we’re in August and I email and state that my order haven’t been shipped. I receive an email reply stating they have no Gen 3 helmets due to manufacturing issues, NO PROBLEM. I try to call because I want to talk to a live agent because I’m iffy on continuing business with them. NO BODY PICKS UP! I’ve been on hold for 1 hour and 15 as I’m typing this. This is terrible. Will not recommend or do business again.

I have spent several hours on hold with no one to answer, sent multiple emails and filled out their online form and no one will return a call or email. I have a product that needs sent back and no one replies! Terrible customer service, I do not recommend.

Ordered a helmet on June 30th, its now August 7th; no shipping update, no ETA nothing. They haven't responded to multiple emails, they never answer the phone which its hard to track down a number to begin with. I will never shop with this company again and would advise you not to either. Seems almost like a scam, they took my money and won't communicate with me.

I made a $360 purchase thru Afterpay with Ace Link Armor on 5/27. Finished paying thru afterpay the whole amount. After 6 weeks of nothing and no purchase confirmation number and no delivery I requested a refund. Once I made my complaint through Afterpay, they finally responded on 7/17 and said they would refund the money and now here it is july 31 and I still have not received anything. These people are scammers do not purchase from them.

two months later I am still waiting on my canceled orders refund. No customer service. Bad pricing. Not helpful and they never pick up the phone.

Terrible customer service. They’ve had my money for over a month now with no update.

Price was great and it seemed legit rated armor. However, they never shipped my purchase. Waited 2 weeks with their chatbox stating product was ready to ship but was waiting on package protecting (which I already paid for!) I emailed them numerous times and called (was on hold each time for an hour with no answer). I had to submit a claim with my bank. I would not recommend this company. Just pay more for a better company.

Scam - Do not order from this fraudulent company. After 4 months they didn't send me by armor and nobody picks up the phone. I cancelled my CC. Moving on. Probably some foreign call center putting out Facebook ads. Funny thing is, nobody picks up, they don't send the product and they still advertise on Facebook. AVOID!!!!
