I had a problem with an on-line order that was inadvertently cancelled, but that problem was immediately addressed & resolved by the manager, Art. He was very professional and understood why I asked to speak with him. Art works at the Port Washington, NY, location. I would definitely travel to this location again knowing that Art is there. This says a lot considering my home is 22 miles from this location.

The Ace Hardware here in Wichita Kansas at Westway shopping center Pawnee and Seneca is a very good Ace Hardware since they started still sell and repair James and Pat have been very helpful in making my business a success I call tell him the name of my saw and number pick up my saw Bingo Izzy efficient very knowledgeable staff I highly recommend these guys

Always have a great experience at my local Ace hardware store up near Pilot Hill. They do a great job and are warm and friendly people ready to help you find what you're looking for or order it for you on the spot. I'd rather shop here than Home Depot or Lowes any day of the week to tell you the truth. You pay a lil more at Ace, true, but you get what you pay for.

I was at the Ace Hardware in Wimberly, Texas, desperately looking for a part for a leaking pipe under the hand sink, I had taken the pipes and the part that I was lookin for, I came across Sam, The Store Manager, I explained the problem and he patiently listened and found what I was looking for and he even tried the new part on the pipe that I had to make sure that it fit. Sam exemplifies a great Manager. Congratulations and Thank-You Sam.

I needed to replace a tub spout with a diverter. Asked over the phone about replacing it. Answered a few questions. He told me what to get so I went up there. The spout cost all of $17 dollars. I took it home and literally changed out the spout in 10 minutes. One screw and an enclosed allen wrench was all I needed. He probaly saved me at least $100. Thank you

I can’t say enough about an Ace Hardware Store in Delphos, Ohio. My father who recently was placed in a nursing home loves birds and he has a small tree right outside his window. I ordered a bird feeder online but it has been delayed due to the Coronavirus. I called this Ace store, they took my bird feeder order/payment over the phone & actually delivered to my dad the same day. Wow! Helpful, kind and accommodating are just a few words to describe the service the store provided me. It certainly mad his day! Thanks so much!!!
