I ordered some pvc pipe adaptors online for an in store pick up. I received an order number as was told I would be notified when they were ready to be picked up. I never received notification so I contacted customer service. Very lackidasical response from customer service and they never followed up on complaint. Never recieved my products and never recieved a refund. DO NOT so business online with this company. This has also stopped any desire to shop at the mortar store either. Very dissatisfied.

Not really a bad store...always just seem to have higher prices than anywhere else! I don't shop there unless I absolutely have to and if that's the case it's really bad lol!

Being as honest as I can be... I needed a few little must have items. 4 little bolts 4 little nuts A can of cheap spray paint One foot of clear tube One foot of fuel tube 1little packet of heat shrink tubing 1air hose splicer $26.47 , in a farming community, that's big city prices... and I just didn't get my money's worth. ACE HARDWARE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! YOU LOST MY BUSINESS .

I ordered 4 outdoor lights for my blow mold well they are not outdoor indoor only I emailed them saying the description of the product is wrong no reply at all it was the first time I have ordered anything from them and it is the last guess they don't care if their customers are happy or not

Honestly the worse ever! Don't order for them, you will not receive what you ordered and then you will not receive the refund. It's been weeks and weeks that I wait for the refund for 1 simple thrash container they said they don't know why it was not delivered and that they "will call the warehouse and get back to me" (they never did). Avoid at any cost.

I experienced the worst nightmare at an Ace hardware in Scottsdale Arizona on scottsdale road and McDowell ! I was rushed out, with the lights of the store cut out while I was still in, the basket was snatched out of my arms and 3 employees ganged up on me at my vehicle while yelling and cursing at me! Worst service ever! this store should be shut down!

I was a fan of ace Until last week, always been a good place to find odd things the big guys don’t carry. I was in looking for a water valve, of a particular design. Spoke with an assistant who advised they did not carry, all good so far. I was leaving the store empty handed, when I overheard the lady at checkout, say to the girl also on checkout, that she thought I had taken something without paying. I have never will never do that. I also will never enter Ace again.

I purchased an electric ceramic tower space heater from Mary's Ace hardware 01/01/2018. The receipt says "refund given within 90 days with receipt". When I purchased it I asked if It would be sufficient and was told probably. I used it once, but was not sufficient. When I returned it, 01/16/2018, with the receipt I was told it was UNRETURABLE. Manager David Blazak rudely told me that they were not in the business of loaning. I reported the incident to corporate and was told I would get a call back from a supervisor which never happened.
