Ace Vineland , NJ 535 N. East Avenue. The female employees at this store are violent and have no clue how to provide customer service. The manage, she was not wearing a visible name tag, was screaming at the stock boy. She then proceeded to SCREAM at two female customers. This lady followed the customers towards the door and continue to scream at them. Instead of speaking to the customers privately, she proceeded to act unprofessionally. Her assistant, was violent as well. This stores should be shut down as they have no idea how to behave and act correctly. Very unprofessional. Never shop at this place.

Purchased an item online. It arrived open and parts missing from inside. I called 2 weeks ago and they said they will look into it and until now nothing. Calling customer service you just go on hold forever with no one answering the call. I say if you have not got what it takes to serve customers, don't offer the service.

Avoid Avoid Avoid their online site. I saw they had Bounty Paper Towels, the gold standard during Corona. I ordered and a message popped up at checkout stating that for 15.00 additional it would be delivered. There was an Ace Hardware store listed as the delivering party. Day of deliver came and went Nada. I called the store no answer. Called ACE 888 number on hold over an hour hung up. Emailed 11 times where is my order, no reply. Never got the order. Never got a response. However they did one thing right, they placed the charge through my card. A horrible user experience, don't waste your time.

Local store is good, but ACEHARDWARE.COM is the worst site I've been on in at least a year, and their "Customer Service" line never picks up. I will not waste my time trying to order anything through them again.

This is the 2nd & last time I've been hustled with Ace coupons in Gloucester, MA. I will not spend another cent in that store. I received a $5 happy birthday coupon & used it for overpriced lightbulbs at $12.99 and a box of $3.99 staples that were recommended by a store employee for my staple gun. The staples did not fit & when I returned them I only received $2.82 return because I bought them at the same time. I should have known to have them rung up separately I guess. So really the $5 birthday coupon wasn't a real $5 gift. The rude woman at the register slammed some written page on the counter & told me to read it. It was an obnoxious encounter. I'll never go back.

The Bullseye Power Nozzle was advertised $9.99 on its website but actually sale in stores for $11.99, or 20% more! ACE's explanation was that all its stores were independently owned. Nevertheless, if the advertising prices were not the actual sales prices, what was its purpose of advertising?

Today I paid $24 a 10 inch flexible gas pipe. Jessie used a gun. This was at the gateway Ace hardware on telephone road near airport.

Work for Ace Hardware for over 1 year in Fl. and when I was injured at work then was found to have cancer. Went to HR to ask for help and found out she was the owners wife,( No Help from here) in fact I got a call from the owner and was surprised when he said he does not not talk to lower class employees and do not call HR / his wife and they found a loop hole to fire me. I enjoyed working for ACE and know that customer service is the number on reason why people come back . I have helped a lot of customer over my time and proud of that. I am a shamed of this ACE Management . (D G)
