BOYCOT They are not military friendly. No military discount here. They wont stop the spam. I unsubscribe and then 30 days later the spam starts again! They won’t take no for an answer. Their inventory is over priced and of cheap quality. Avoid save your heard earned money!

Repeatedly I get trouble from the manager on returns...this time I return a cleaner rental and she tried stealing my deposit. clean machine but you must have receipt...except no mention at rental time. The manager at ace at wasatch in co springs is a crooked thief...

Just purchased six 6x5/8 wood screws out of common stock. Two of the six broke at the neck while being hand screwed in predrilled holes. I used to count on ACE for quality. I guess for 11cents/ea what do we expect? These screws, manufactured in who knows where, have completely unacceptable quality. 1 out of 6 maybe .... 2 out of 6 that's BAD quality.

Once again, Ace hardware, you have won 170 piece tool set. Just take survey. Pay shipping to receive your prize/gift. You are not supposed to pay for something you have won and, or a gift. SHAME ON YOU ACE HARDWARE FOR SPONSORING S#@T LIKE THIS.

The store at Alameda and Broadway is closing it's doors for food. That apparently gives the employees the right to chase a customer out of the store and cuss her out over the shopping cart she was using. I spent over $100 and was treated worse than a shoplifter.

Ace offered a bonus if i would fill out a customer survey form and so i filled out the form. I was offered several choices of rewards and I selected a smartwatch. I filled in the proper info for "shipping and handling fees" (my first mistake), and the site refused payment twice. this is obviously a scam and fraud . do NOT fall for it!!!!

Purchased Ego 24” hedge trimmer earlier this week and it arrived at local Ace store today, however paid for it 3 days ago. Asked salesman about warranty and he relied contact Ego with any issues not us. I asked if I get it home and it doesn’t work can I bring it back, his answer “ I already told you that”. Useless answer from a terrible representative from Ace

Ace Hardware in Edgewater Md just happens to be closer than going to Lowes or Home Depot. But I usually end up going to them anyhow. Ace stocks just enough for you to need to run to a big box store. Their prices are always high and their Value Reward cards expire typically two weeks after you receive them in the mail.
