Don't waste your time with these guys I had a situation for a dispute it's been ongoing for about 3 months yet no refund has came to my account so I am leaving this review please don't waste your time I will give them a zero as right now

Locked my account because I made 1 transaction to my account then closed account for no reason at all. I'm having hell getting my money back from them. I have all emails n documents that I have given to my Lawyer. Just waiting to see if they going to refund me my money

It was good at first but the fee's are getting out of hand they charge you 3.00 every time you tranfer money to cash app when at first it was free that's more than cash app charges to trafer money into your Ace Flare account. I will be leaving them cause times are hard I need all my money.

I had my account hacked the first time, I disputed, I received my funds a month later. The next time my account was compromised, no money was taking, my debit card was cancelled. The third time my account was compromised, I informed ACE, I believe it was someone who worked at ACE, they closed my account, I found out when I attempt to log on.

I have used ace for years. My card was stolen and I reported it to them and police. My check was deposited and 2 hours later I get a message to call them. I call they say my account has been closed due to suspicious activity. I asked about my 1800 that was deposited was told I would get a check in 10 days, call them 2 weeks later for them to say nothing has been processed and no refund check has been issued wait another 10 days. Asked for a corporate number they say they don't have one, asked for a supervisor told they don't have one. I just want my money back.

There horrible people taking people money giving you the run around. Passing the phone to each other giving excuses. I Been calling since yesterday and still on the phone for $55. My account suddenly restricted
