Get u approved fast. Get the loan right away. Your locked down with payments. I don't like it. I asked if I can make a payment once a month they said no. Its every time I get paid. Which sucks! It makes it hard to pay other bills. I can't say I would recommend them. I pay every time and they can't work with you on making this easier.

I agreed upon making 4 payments of 44.00 yet I was charged double that amount. It's a scam and I will never trust ace again

What I did not like about ACE is this: Every time I tried to sign into my account I would also have to change the password or call customer service. BUT THE WORST IS NOT BEING ALBE TO SEE MY ACCOUNT WHEN EVERY I WANT TOO. I was so upset that I ask the rep what were they trying to hide. She apologized and stated that I could take a look at the paperwork that I signed online. Unlike other companies ACE does not let you see your account. I WILL NEVER BORROW FROM THEM AGAIN. I like to see how my account is going down or if I don't agree with something I can see it in black and white to dispute it. You don't get that with this company.
