Dear Jay Greentree, We appreciate your candid feedback on your recent experience with our company. We are truly sorry to hear that we were unable to meet your expectations, and we understand how frustrating it must be to have your account suspended. In regards to your domain switch request, we do have policies in place that govern how we handle domain transfers in free web hosting services. However, we believe that we could have done a better job of communicating those policies and explaining any limitations to you more clearly. We apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused. We value all of our customers, and we would like to work with you to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Please reach out to us directly so that we can discuss your account and see if there is anything we can do to assist you. Once again, thank you for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to improve. We take all criticisms seriously as we are always looking to improve our services. Best regards, Jason Pat Accu Web Hosting
