Purchased a VPN for my FOREX trading 2 days ago. Account was showing pending despite the fact that I paid for this and should have had access. Today, I decided to login to see the status and I can no longer get into the account. I have reset my password numerous times. What a waste of time and money! User this company with caution.

I needed to find a new host when my old host nearly tripled their prices. I tried three hosts in three weeks, learned a lot from two failures and a win. AccuWeb was failure number 2. I expect everything to just work, but here I had two problems. Charter was blocking email from my domain, and my site didn't work in all browsers. Technical support was all over this, and may have solved it in time, but like I said, I expect everything to just work, so I moved on. Found the host I wanted, where everything just works.

Hosting is good in all respects but for VPS they claim 60GB of disk space but in actual its along with the space occupied by Operating system and programs installed by them, so in actual you get only around 12-15 % of disk space for your hosting files.

The staff guy I spoke ot was good but the service kept not allowing me to log in plus changing my passwords without my approval plus annoying phone verification service

I purchased a VPS service and never received the login info. After an hour of waiting I then waited another 20mins for live chat support to respond. Chat support informed me that the service I purchased had overloaded the RAM on the server so I had to wait 2-3 days..... or upgrade to another plan. What, I just purchased this service and nobody was going to inform me. 2-3 days was unacceptable. The person on chat didn't introduce himself, wasn't a good conversation. He just came on and first words "I'll take a look!", no "Hi. I'm..." I just simply asked for a refund (I mean, I just purchased and was sold a non-working service off the bat). Alarm bells! The chat support person responded asking if I needed 5mins to reflect? What? What? Very odd. I repeated "I would like a refund! As per your 7-day guarantee" He said he couldn't do that. I then created a ticket to billing. The response was weird asking "what did I mean by wanting a refund and cancelling my order?" After repeating myself once again they finally agreed to refund me. I told them I just didn't trust them.
